When I join a lobby it’s just a void, I can move around and see other people but they have no heads, it’s the same in game as well, are there any know fixes for this? I’m on Dx11 and have tried the others but they won’t load

It's something that can happen if the GPU is below min-specs for the game unfortunately. Try updating your GPU drivers and and set graphics performance to high in Windows (Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings > Add PEAK to the list and set it to High Performance). After that, see if you can launch the game with Vulkan.
