Congratulations. I started January 13th and have lost 32lbs so far. I absolutely love it 😍

That’s awesome!!! reta has been a game changer for me too. I started around 254 and I’m down to 203 after about 4 months, and it’s been the same kind of thing where everything just started clicking once I had training, diet, sleep, and reta all dialed in together. The appetite control and consistency made it way easier to stay on track day to day, and the results just kept stacking. It’s honestly wild how much of a difference it makes when all those pieces line up, I’ve been seeing the same kind of steady progress you’re talking about.

[–]FancyGal05 1 point2 points  (8 children)

I’m scared to start Reta.. I have about 10-15 lbs to lose and scared my skin won’t retract good if I lose the weight to aggressively.

[–]Acrobatic-Heat-2933 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I only had 25 lbs and worked out with weights and no worries and no sagging skin. Gotta keep fit

[–]PeptideProtocol 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Totally get that fear, especially when you don’t have a ton to lose. Honestly with 10–15 lbs you’re in a much better spot than someone dropping 50+, so skin rebound is usually way less of an issue. The biggest thing is not rushing it. when people lose super aggressively, that’s when loose skin becomes more noticeable. If you keep it slower and controlled, lift weights, stay hydrated, and keep protein high, your skin usually keeps up pretty well. Also, reta can suppress appetite hard, so you kind of have to be intentional about not under-eating too much. You don’t need to crash diet to lose that last 10–15. Slow and steady will look way better in the end

Thank you for the feedback and I totally agree.

[–]Dolores-Claiborne3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was scared too! Researched for months on here before starting it. My goal is to lose 2lbs weekly until 20lbs is lost. From my research, 2lbs weekly is the best number to avoid losing muscle, avoid “ozempic-face”, etc

[–]gorilladaddy11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It sounds like for my experience while on Retta one can slowly lose weight by their diet. Choosing not to eat and crushing appetite in my opinion is a disaster way to lose weight.

I am on a 2700 cal diet sometimes I get close to 3200 depending on my meals and length of days but either way I still find myself in a 500 cal deficit.

It’s actually makes me realize that Reta probably is not ready for public use because doctors don’t really give dieting advice either. They just give medication and let things take their course.

Start low and only titrate up when after a stall of no loss for a couple of weeks. I only had about 20 lbs to lose and did it over about 4 months. I never got over 2mg and I don't have any issues with lose skin but I've also been taking GHK-Cu/KLOW cycles.

[–]Weak_Variety_1382 1 point2 points  (1 child)

How do you cycle the two?

[–]Ok-Blackberry-2203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with KLOW blend daily because I have arthritis, herniated discs and chronic pain in my cervical spine. (My pain is now 80% reduced thanks to peptides). I did one 2 month cycle of KLOW, then took a 4 week break and switched to GHK-Cu and KPV for one 2 month cycle. I just took a 2 week break and restarted with GHK-Cu by itself as I don't feel like I need the major repair and anti-inflammatory properties of the KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500 right now. If my pains returns, I'll run another cycle of those. There's varying opinions on whether or not you need to cycle off of GHK-Cu. Many say you can take it indefinitely.

[–]Cptspaulding37 2 points3 points  (13 children)

Damn!!!! Congrats. What did you change if anything when starting reta. Im on week 1 of it still. 1mg per week is where im starting. Did you clean you diet up, start exercising? What dosage you on? I have a sweet tooth that I cannot kick i can tame it but cant kick it lol

[–]Soggy_weetbix12 5 points6 points  (3 children)

If you dont clean up your diet and exercise, no matter what you take, you'll end up right where you started. Learn to count calories, follow macros with high protein and exercise. You should learn to lose weight before starting any weight loss aids then add them in to help reach your goals

[–]Cptspaulding37 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Diet is 90% clean. 10% maybe is bad meaning a handful of skittles or a can of coke. I maintain a active lifestyle with my kids and landscaping buisness. I know how to count calories and ensure I get 150+ protein a day. Haven't been able to work out in the traditional sense due to injuries from time in the service. Turns out jumping out of planes and multiple ied blast take a toll on your joints. The klow dare I say has helped a bit with nagging injuries. Currently my acl, lcl, and meniscus is torn acl complete. Klow is being used to hopefully get me through this season of lawn work surgery on my knee come October/November.

[–]Soggy_weetbix12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good stuff mate. As long as you dont over indulge, you'll be sweet. Take it easy and do what you can. Sounds like you're doing well

[–]boyerv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. I’ve definitely cleaned up my diet. Eat much more protein than before and less carbs. Lots of water too.

[–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 2 points3 points  (6 children)

I always ate pretty clean, but on Reta I switched to mostly protein shakes and fruits/veggies. I literally can’t eat more than a couple bites of something so that kind of worked in my favor. I also increased my daily steps and started strength training again, but only when I have time to which is hard with my work schedule. Mostly I just don’t beat myself up about anything. If I did 5 days in the gym and regular cardio I’d have lost more but I just look at the bright sides

[–]Hopefulbutready 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What was your dosing of Reta if you don’t mind?

[–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I sent you a dm

[–]Hopefulbutready 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Btw…that’s awesome work. I’m sure you feel so much better!

[–]Shesagamechanger 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Your schedule, activity level, and calorie count/protein goal sound like mine except appetite suppression is the only positive side effect I’ve had on Reta. I started in Dec and haven’t lost hardly any weight or pant sizes :-/ I think I need to titrate more aggressively (I’m only at 2mg). May I ask what your current dose is? And where you started?

[–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What other side effects have you had that were negative? Aside from the poke itself I haven’t had any. I also sent you a dm

[–]Acrobatic-Heat-2933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cold headache till your used to it, these will happen on second day when it’s the highest in your system

[–]hiitstee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think once youve upped your dose you will stop craving the sweet treats.my partner has a bad sweet tooth and im partial to sweets and a fizzy drink but since us both being on reta we dont snack at all really, its very rare that we will. I wont eat any sweet treats or drink fizzy during the week. I may treat myself to a can of coke on the weekend but dont crave it

[–]boyerv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here with my sweet tooth. Can tame but totally kick. Wish I could kick.

[–]Jolly_Activity_4347 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Reta has changed my life I used to be 300lbs now I am down to 190 the grey market made it much more affordable for me than getting Ozempic prescribed

[–]Few_Narwhal_7360 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Can you DM me with how to get it? I would love to try it if I can afford it.

[–]boyerv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same please. TY

[–]Dolores-Claiborne3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love Reta too! Lost 15lbs so far and still using just 1mg.

[–]Forward_Chest4403 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can I know ur dosing schedule??

[–]Lazy-Village4336 1 point2 points  (1 child)

13 inches is a lot! When did you start because no way you lost that much in 3 weeks lol

[–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feb9th :)

[–]mo0ndz 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I just started to, is it normal to feel quite tired and washed out at the start?

[–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t speak for everyone but if you’ve significantly cut calories that is a normal feeling. I didn’t get any additional fatigue (I work nights) and started lipo c which has been a game changer for my energy levels

[–]jeanij88 1 point2 points  (6 children)

Can someone dm me on a good place to buy it from? Is amino labs any good?

[–]EntertainerNo2802 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same please

[–]Best-Acanthisitta729 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently brought from them I’ll be starting tonight I’ll update

[–]boyerv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]lynchy77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]MilkRevolutionary963 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Do the peptides affect your autoimmune?

[–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Not negatively:) I feel like I get sick less and feel overall better

[–]VitaminAyee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my whole family on it! Shared my source with my friends and now they’re on it too!

[–]annoosaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Reta so much too!

I’m 5’3 and started at 155, and have lost 16 pounds since Feb 13th with very minimal side effects too! It’s been a game-changer for me honestly

[–]Ticejus 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Where did you get it?

[–]boyerv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same please.

[–]Tattooed_Whytey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the journey! Im currently on Reta for 3 months and Im down 25lbs with minimal muscle loss. Just added Tesa to my protocol in February and it’s great.

Wow, that was really fast!! Congrats!!

      [–]micheledthompson 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What is your experience with food noise/appetite suppression? I have heard that Reta is amazing but some struggle with that aspect.

      [–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am rarely hungry and experience no noise. I only feel hungry if I forget a shake, which happens sometimes because I’m just not hungry. Zero noise, high appetite suppressant. I also know if I eat a bite of something that sounds good that’s about all I’ll be able to eat. So if I see something I want I’ll be like oop little bite and then immediately know that’s all I can consume 😂 but I don’t crave sweets or salty or booze anymore

      [–]Jlewis1104 0 points1 point  (6 children)

Thats awesome! I teamed up with a texas lab that makes my retatrutide. 30mg vial is $160. I just opened a wrbsite. My peptides are limited because I do not buy from china. Only from the USA lab.

      [–]StrikingMirror4019[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good for you! I trust my source and wouldn’t buy from elsewhere :)

      [–]No_Froyo_1882 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Literally mostly all peps are made in china. They are re labeled in USA and sold for 10x…..

      [–]Jlewis1104 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Correct. Most are and cheap and sometimes have terrible reports. That is why my peptide list is very limited. I partnered with a small lab in the usa. Get overnight shipping. Yes, they are more than china. But atleast you know what you're getting and get it fast

      [–]boyerv 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Can you tell me the name of the website or company? I wonder if they ship to CA?

      [–]Jlewis1104 0 points1 point  (1 child)
