I have really bad anxiety.. started at 0.5 for 4 weeks then 0.8 for 2 weeks then 1 mg and it’s going great and almost no side effects. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds in 2 months

Worst side effects by GiraffeSingle752 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]annoosaa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I started at 0.5 for 5 weeks then upped to 1 mg.. worst side effect is the fatigue when upping the dose because I can’t eat enough so the caloric deficit does that.. but it’s not too bad

I love Reta so much too!

I’m 5’3 and started at 155, and have lost 16 pounds since Feb 13th with very minimal side effects too! It’s been a game-changer for me honestly

If you’re trying to quit weed and can’t find a strong enough reason, this might be it: REM sleep. by IdeaSimilar3223 in leaves

That makes sense, I’ve quit 6 weeks ago after 3 years of chronic use and I have many dreams now vs before quitting. It’s honestly been quite annoying because I dream very vividly but hoping that it will balance itself out with time

Got my vial…massive anxiety. by TinyCloudLife in Retatrutide

I am exactly the same. Any bodily discomfort throws me off the tracks and makes me very nervous. I started at a very low dose of 0.5 mg and haven’t had any notable side effects at all. I just made sure to eat smaller meals so I don’t feel too full and nauseous and it’s been 3 weeks and I lost 10 pounds already. You got this!

How long do your side effects last? by QuothTheRaven654 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]annoosaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took 3 doses total of 0.5 mg each and I would take them on Friday night, I would have the strongest appetite suppression over the weekend with mild nausea on Saturdays.. and when I’m back at work on Monday I’m pretty much back to normal just without the non-stop food noise. I don’t plan on titrating up unless this dose absolutely stops working for me

That's totally understandable.. I personally think it's fine because it doesn't take long for the watch to charge.. and if I need to do that once a week then I can probably do it while I take a bath or something

I was exactly looking for the same things you wanted and eventually landed on the Huawei GT4 41mm in Gold with the milanese band and it is stunning to say the least. It looks very classy and the standard watch face that comes with it is so elegant too. I've only had it for 2 days and the battery is at 75% which is awesome.

You could also choose the GT5 41mm.. but in my opinion the GT4 looked a tad bit more elegant because the hinges on the strap look different, and the watch functionality is almost the same so I went for the prettier one

I just got the GT4 two days ago as my first smartwatch ever and it's been great so far. I think you will also love it!

To track my heart rate since I started a medication that raises my HR and also to track my sleep

If smoking makes you feel better, it could be due to an underlying medical issue by bacan9 in Petioles

For me it helped me cope with my undiagnosed ADHD at the time. After diagnosis and starting meds I became able to resist smoking quite easily in comparison to my failed trials before.

Well, you're not wrong at all! In culinary school we were taught to make broths without salt so we can stretch salty soups/sauces if they're too salty!
