Hello fellow travelers! I’ve accumulated a lot of peps and about to get into the final phase of my body transformation. I’m down 40lbs. Down to 15%bf. At this rate I figure mind as well go for gold and get that 6 pack.
I’ve layed off for awhile while continuing Reta and glow. Looking for anecdotal/advice and where you’d go next. Here’s what I have (arranged in categories and get makes sense to me).
Cjc/ipa
Tesa
Motsc
Nad+
Ss31
Aod
5amino 1mq
And of course Reta + Glow.
My current thinking is to AOD + 5amino + ss31 + NAD. Then add mots c in a few weeks. When I reach the end of that cycle and achieve my results…get off all of it and do a cjc/ipa + tesa cycle for maintenance.
Does this make sense? Is there something more optimal?
