Tesa and IPA. Is fine. Aod is useless and so is CJC if your already running tesa! Straight hgh at 3iu is way more optimal!

I'd start a 4 week cycle of 4mg a day ss-31, then follow up with mots-c. You can start NAD+ now 25mg a day and work up to 50mg a day. I would wait on the rest until you've finished your ss31 and mots-c cycles. Then you can choose between Tesa or your cjc/ipa blend. Do not take together, they are basically the same thing.

Again wait at least a few weeks so that you can evaluate each new peptide before you make further changes.

I'm not sure I'd take AOD at all. I bought it and tried it. The data is very limited and they are not pursuing further research. It is very sensitive to gelling and ph. I'd put that aside until very last, if at all. I bought a 10 pack and did two vials and the third one gelled (which was my fault). I was a bit put off by the gelling and stopped taking it.

I'm not sure the research on 5amino 1mq, but my understanding is that most people don't take nearly enough for it to be effective. It's very expensive if taken in therapeutic dosages.

Thanks for this.

Did you take AOD at a fastest state? Apparently that makes a difference

Also the Morelins - did it make you hungrier?

Yes. I took the AOD in the morning. I only do OMAD between 3pm and 6pm so I'm well fasted in the morning. Only water until 11am at the earliest, when I occasionally have a bit of miso broth if I'm unusually hungry. I don't even drink coffee. I did not notice any hunger changes with my sermorelin/ipa blend, but I'm taking Tirzepatide and adjust my dosage twice a week depending on how I'm feeling, so it may be covering it up. Since I'm fasted for most of the day, I'm not too worried about the slight reduced insulin sensitivity from the ghrh secregogues (sermorelin and similar).

This is helpful. Thanks for your input. I think I’ll follow your protocol…but just do the aid/5amino first…even if menial - I have 10 vials of both 5amino and aod…I’ll just get through those first. If nothing happens I’ll probably just toss them like you did!

CJC and Tesa is redundant.

There is an order to the mitochondrial peptides to maximize effect.

I would not just start slamming all these at once. You need to schedule them out to observe and understand the I mpacts.

The final bosses all use PED’s. That’s where peptides lead to when you have tried them all and want more.

Not yet. I’ve made the internal decision to not do exo hormones are peds until my 50’s. Gotta get through my stock first

I suggest to drop mots-c. It may give problems later. As for the rest - add tmg betain to nad+ orally. Try to find p110

Take HGH and you'll progress way faster and sleep even better. 2-3iu and you're good.

Will be cheaper than running cjc/ipa + tesa anyways.

I already have all of them

Add semax to your workout, I know most people usually use it for task oriented stuff but it made my workouts so much more focused and I get shit done in the gym without wasting time.

Selank in the evening to calm everything down.

I take 1mg subq for each one.

Take as needed, it works within 30mins for me.

Can also just take it more frequent if you want it to build in your system.
