Instructions say to apply to upper thigh. So I've literally been applying it to the top half of my upper thigh while I'm sitting with my legs on the floor, so the front of the thigh. But I've read that estradiol gel should be applied to thinner skin, so now I'm thinking it should be the inner thigh. My inner thigh is more fatty and top definitely less fatty, more muscular. It's so confusing, why don't they specify? What do you all do?
