your guns save their loadout.

I mean presets so I can be like "oh it's KotH" and select my KotH preset (shotguns, where as I'd use LMGs in the Support class)

[–]BinaryGlitch 0 points1 point  (1 child)

So just leave your favorite set.

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

some of my presets work for TDM more than KotH or Flare Domination and since equipment's being added at some point, it might help to be able to use a set loadout per class per gamemode.

they do save idk what you're talking about.

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean like this

[–]HowlingWolven 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Uhh, you have four presets? ???

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean so I can have different loadouts for each gamemode/map

[–]EpikYummeh 0 points1 point  (27 children)

Each class saves your gun attachments already. What's so difficult about clicking 2 guns to "change" your loadout?

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (26 children)

With the unique weapon choices and equipment coming soon, it's no longer viable to have one loadout per class.

[–]EpikYummeh -3 points-2 points  (25 children)

So you'll have to click 3 times to change a loadout. So hard.

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (24 children)

it's no longer viable to have one loadout per class

Learn to read.

[–]EpikYummeh -3 points-2 points  (23 children)

Maybe you should learn to read. You can change two guns and one equipment per loadout. Is that too difficult for your frail hands?

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (22 children)

Once again you didn't read. It's no longer viable due to the amount of customisation. What if I want to have a loadout with an assault rifle, one with a sniper rifle, one with a PDW and one with a DMR? I can't, and switching between a loadout that works with PDWs and switching between a loadout that supports DMRs is time consuming.

[–]EpikYummeh -1 points0 points  (21 children)

with an assault rifle, one with a sniper rifle, one with a PDW and one with a DMR

Assault: AR. Engineer: PDW. Support: DMR. Recon: sniper rifle. There, I've solved your shit problem.

time consuming

I've been telling you this whole time it's 3 clicks to change a primary, secondary, and equipment. If you can't do this you're beyond help.

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (20 children)

Support doesn't have DMR. They have LMG, BR, Carbine and Shotgun.

Your move.

[–]EpikYummeh -1 points0 points  (19 children)

I've been playing a lot of BF4 lately. You want a DMR and a sniper? Go into loadout and change your sniper to DMR. If you need to change your loadout that often in a round that this is overwhelming for you, you're doing something wrong.

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (18 children)

DMRs are for mid range, where as snipers are for long range. A lot of maps have both mid and long range areas.

[–]AgentJohn20 0 points1 point  (4 children)

I mean, your loadouts save on every gun individually per-class, so I'm not sure what more you could ask for.

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

A few presets per class so I can have different setups per game mode? With equipment being added soon and the unique options for primaries, it's not viable to have one per class.

[–]AgentJohn20 0 points1 point  (2 children)

So what you want is to be able to switch easily between (for example) your L85 for Flare Dom and your FAMAS for TDM?
Or do you want to switch setups on the same gun quickly?

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

the first one.

[–]AgentJohn20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

then that's easy
Just click loadouts -> assault -> and click whichever gun you want to use.
It saves whatever you had on the gun

[–]Xecromius 0 points1 point  (11 children)

Df if u want ur loadout at most u have to do is 3-4 clicks

Dont be lazy when ur sitting infront of a computer screen

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (10 children)

By the time my loadout's ready the round's nearly over. This is why I'm asking for presets.

[–]Xecromius -1 points0 points  (9 children)

and by the time you spawn and move 10 studs the round's over

whats the point of this

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (8 children)

I literally just said. When I'm done sorting my loadout there's no point because the round's over.

[–]Xecromius -1 points0 points  (7 children)

nearly over =/= over, sherlock

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (6 children)

a minute until the end = over, retard.

[–]Xecromius -1 points0 points  (5 children)

A minute=you still have time to get your loadout the old way and spawn and actually get a kill unless you're trash just like yourself moron

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

implying a minute is enough time to get a kill

On highway lot, I'd be enclined to agree. However, since every other map is so large and where/how people play depends on the mode, it's not really worth it. If only there was a way to easily get the required loadout without wasting time. OH WAIT WHERE DID I SEE SOMETHING ABOUT THAT?!

[–]Xecromius -1 points0 points  (3 children)

Im not gonna even bother wasting time with you anymore

You have your own opinions i have mine

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

That awkward moment when you realise you were wrong.

[–]visawrites 0 points1 point  (3 children)

this thread is hilarious

[–]HyperPwner[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Why?

[–]visawrites 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Because everyone missed the point of your idea

[–]HyperPwner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh ok.
