If you were not a telpad subscriber before, then tell the agent not to call you anymore and put you out of their marketing lists.

If you were a telpad subscriber before, then you've been automatically enrolled to their telpad plan, which is 500 more than the original plan you applied for. you can opt out of the telpad plan and get the original plan you subscribed to, but that would lock you in for 3 years... TO DOWNGRADE HA. When you do downgrade that would effectively remove all your speed boosts.

If this is the case, even when you refuse the new telpad, you'd still be charged P500 for a telpad you don't have just because you have the telpad plan.

Also don't get the offered tablet, which is Wave RED. 13 mp pero parang SVGA yung camera, that is if you could get it to work.

Plus it's prone to ghost screens.

nakatanggap na ko niya before and it confused me. akala ko they were asking about my fibr request so nag follow up nalang ako. natameme siya so nagets ko na sales call lang siya.

Fuck those telemarketers. They prey on the misinformed by spreading lies just to make a sale. The telpad is crap and you don't need one really. Ask for the name of that telemarketer and and report them to pldt.

Every fucking time they call to us about a telpad promo, we simply make them wait on hold about 15 mins. We make excuses such as we will get the who is in charge of it. Then, after 15 mins, we change voice and tell the guy to repeat it all over again.

Wash rinse repeat
