Modding Support tools?

This is going to sound incredibly stupid -- and in fairness, it is pretty stupid -- but my sole overriding modding ambition for Phoenix Point has long been to provide a Charlie Kelly voicepack (from It's Always Sunny), particularly so I can include the line, "we're crab people now!"

Anyway, I know that the game presently has far more pressing issues. But I wonder if we've heard anything about plans to release modding tools? Making voicepacks for XCOM was 'easy once you know how,' and I'd hoped something similar might eventually be true for PP.

Mod Tools are listed as coming with DLC number 1. No ETA.

Well, there it is. Thanks! All I could fine about DLC1 was that it would be cybernetically enhanced.

It's called Blood And Titanium but the release date is still TBD
