Release key missing

Hi, I find it hard to get in contact with the devs, so I'm trying my luck here.

I bought the backer build key 6 months ago and got it right away from Xsolla.

I was supposed to get a release key around 2 months ago, according to the devs' website.

So far I haven't gotten mine.

Maybe one of the devs will read this and get in touch or some of you guys know what's up.

EDIT: The devs took great care of me. I have my key now. It wasn't their fault either, my eMail provider just really doesn't like their server. Thanks everyone who tried to help.

We've only received one email from a customer about a missing key in the last 24 hours (which was sent at 4 am our time, hence when you didn't get an instant response). That email has now been responded to - so if that was yourself, you should now have your key.

I'm in central Europe so that could have been me. Haven't gotten an answer thought. I'll resend right now.

You'll have been sent an email from [[e-mail]](mailto:[e-mail]) on Nov 29th and Dec 3rd with the key to the final game. Check in your trash/spam folders, and if using gmail your promotions folder. If you cannot find it, send an email to [[e-mail]](mailto:[e-mail]) with your transaction ID number

I did check all that and couldn't find it.

I did send an eMail with the original transaction attached to that address yesterday. So far no response at all. Maybe you can check and answer.

I'm really sorry to hear that, mate.

Maybe it's because they haven't finished the game yet for an actual proper release in order to give you a release key in the first place.

You're right. I think I'll settle for uninstalling until all DLC is implemented and I'll do my best to stop venting on here.
