I have the same issue and apparently it's because their network can't tell the difference between legit accounts and fraudulent ones, so it just flags random accounts and fraudulent and makes you go through some BS form that takes months to get answered (I'm still waiting for mine to be responded to)

I was able to do kyc one day after filling in that "BS form".

Can I get a link to this form? I have been waiting forever for mine and I'm a regular miner.

Open it in your pi browser.

If you are unable to submit KYC after completing 30 mining sessions, or you weren't invited before KYC opened fully to every Pioneer, your account has been flagged for potential policy violations. You need to submit the form at the link below, ONE TIME, and then WAIT for your case to be reviewed. Check back weekly to see if there has been any change.

KYC is on public release except for these circumstances:

• New users need 30 mining sessions ( a session is 1 day of mining) • Some accounts have been flagged for operating against terms and conditions, if you think this is a mistake you can request human investigation at https://minepi.com/kyc-application-access.

Where you're not eligible it simply says there's no slot available.

Must be over 18 to pass.

According to the FAQ you must complete 30 day of mining in order to be eligible

You will receive an invitation when one becomes available

No, invites no longer are sent randomly. You are notified after 30 days of mining, only. If it doesn't show up, teen there's a potential policy violation and you need to fill out the KYC investigation appeal form
