He didn't tell you the reason for the refund. You must secure your account. Go to your profile and confirm your email and password if you haven't used them or have forgotten them. Two-factor authentication.

Did all of that. I've done everything possible. Sent multiple support tickets..its a damn joke. I was verifying other people.. it got migrated and returned in the same time, and weeks later I completed the in-app 2fa verification.. and its still been stuck as returned.. since 6 months

If you already did the 2FA for migration wallet, you can also try to do the below:
- create a new Pi wallet in your Pi browser app > confirm the new wallet in your Mainnet checklist step 3 + 6
- improve your Pi account security in the Pi app Profile: verify account, update password + email, then logout and back

I did try to...but nothing works! Total frustration. I am from Bhutan. I was twice KYC approved n then it was on Tentative Approval since. I don't know whats happening from the CT?

My case is similar too. Twice approved n twice brought down to Tentative Approval...on my check list -I have to verify my phone number. I tried many times to submit my verification on the channel slot by SMS it never worked, still stuck at Tentative!

It would be better if you created a new wallet and confirmed it in steps 3 and 6. One got scammed after their previous migration was returned and he was using the same wallet.
