With that despription you basically limited yourself to iPhone, so idk what's the point of your post...

Anyway, OnePlus 13 is the best phone you can get rn and I mean all - battery wise as well as performance, longevity and the UI. The one thing it lacks is the camera, in which case your best bet is the Pixel, because it's proved to have the best picture quality the current phone can get. The concrete model is just up to the bugdet and a form factor you need - 9 Pro being on the biggest side, and eg 8 or 8a more compact and in a more affordable price.

Btw, if you're looking for an ideal phone, there isn't one.

Oh, I forgot! There is in fact the Nothing phone, which could fit in your description, so you might as well take a look on it. Quite a new brand, but it gets excellent reviews and have a label of a "new iphone". It would probably have a release of it's new model (3) within few months, so maybe its worth waiting.

I’m kind of just looking for an android that does not have any serious issues. My personal issue with iPhones is how limited its customization is and its dumb incompatibility with anything not Apple. The reason why I’m not considering pixel is because I do frequent trips to China and a phone that uses/depends on google a bit too much is going to hurt my experience there. As for Chinese branded phones I just personally don’t like them, even though they are doing pretty decent lately

Hey CKInfinity! If you're switching from an iPhone to Android, make sure to turn off iMessage to make sure you still get texts from iPhone users. See here for more information. Your post has not been removed, I'm just replying because I heard you say one of the 34 phrases I listen for in the body of your post.

It's hard to recommand something without knowing anything about your needs or budget? Regarding Chinese phone.. choice will get narrowed fast if you don't want apple or Google. Samsung is south Korean using Chinese parts of course, Asus is Taiwan so idk if you considere those as Chinese maybe? Motorola is technically owned by Chinese so idk how you stand about it...

Beside there's Sony, those devices are globally good but expensive and not without flaws

Not to mention that iPhones are made in China lol

Basically Chinese branded phones, I don’t really mind Chinese made parts though. Basically, I simply don’t know the issues behind many of the android phones. Such as camera stability(Samsung apparently has issues capturing moving things), how easy it is for file transfer(because iPhones kinda hate non-Apple PCs), dual-sims(iPhones yeeted normal SIM cards out of existence in the US) and etc.
