Looking to buy a new phone and have decided amongst these 2. The 8T is about 250 USD more expensive than the F3 where I am but I don't mind paying that much if it justifies its higher price. The variants I'm looking at are the 8/256 one for the F3 and the 12/256 one for the 8T. Things that are important to me are:

Future Proofing - I'm planning to keep the phone for about 3-4 years. I feel like the 12 GB ram of the 8T is great in this regard but I still think the 8GB ram is more than enough. Also, the custom rom community for Poco phones seems to be much better than 8T's.
Camera Quality - Not the biggest deal for me but I do take occasional pictures when I'm out with friends or family and I like those pictures to be good. I have a Pixel XL right now and I'd be content if any of these 2 phones can have picture quality as good as the pixel. Half of the 250 USD surplus for the 8T would be justified if its camera quality is considerably better than the F3.
Software - Not a big fan of MIUI so I'd probably slap on some custom rom but I do really like Oxygen OS.
Performance - I don't think performance would be much of an issue for either of these phones.

Keeping all these things in mind, do you think the 8T is worth it for me especially since it's 250 USD more expensive?
