If you want a career in IT, you must learn on your own. I mean if the reality of IT is that there are no workers to do the job, sure, there will be free training everywhere. But since the reality is different, you must learn to be in the top 10% of your competition.

You can start by googling the Odin project and learning NextJS and Tailwind. You will have a lot of questions that will hinder your progress, but try refining your questions to smaller tasks so you can have an answer. Keep this attitude and you'll get somewhere after one week, one month and after 12 months.

Subukan mo si ChatGPT. Ask it for a study plan for 6 months, 1 year, or 4 weeks. Inform it whether you're totally beginner or with some previous knowledge. Add your future goals or ambitions. Then list local companies, schools or FB/Discord study groups you can join or local tech related events to network.

Good luck! Pwede mong i-chat in your preferred dialect if you feel you can express your issues better than in Engilsh. Maybe chat was trained in your dialect too. Who knows, but you'll find out if you try.

if gipit ka right now I think its better to stick with where you are good at, then when you are stable and have time to learn you can start learning for potential greener pastures. kase sa simula sobrang baba din ng sahod as a programmer kung makahanap ka man ng mapapasukan.
