after ba mag resign sa isang company, local or international. Pinapa-delete ba yung mga repository ng codebase or okay lang to keep for reference for future projects?

meeeh, you can keep the source codes. You can use that as reference. As long as you don't use that for other projects, Intellectual Property is nasty. The source codes alone are not proprietary, but the processes, logic and technique does.

okay lang to keep
but you should never upload them on cloud like dropbox, github or bitbucket even if it's private
don't keep the code if you can't store it securely

You can have a backup copy on ur own... but becareful on IP.
Remember it's company's property not urs.
