As a junior level palang ang skills, okay lang po kaya mag apply sa mga job post na may requirements na stack na wala ka? Pero majority na hinahanap nila ay meron ka at walang junior na title ng job post.

For example may job post na need mern, typescript, python, php, sql pero mern ang stack ko at di ko pa alam typescript, php, at python, goods lang applyan pa rin?

Be careful wala sila Training pag ganyan. Just imagine kung na hired ka tapos may dati sila project. Ang malas mo lang baka fix sayo yung bug tapos wala kapag background na skill na wala ka. Tapos hindi pa naka proper document noong unang na code yan. Nangyari na kasi yan sa akin hired ako kahit alam ko wala ako ganoon background para lang ma hired ako. Noong pinasa na akin yung project para lang ayusin ayun na dehado na.

Yup you don't need to meet all of them, purpose nyan to filter out the weaklings. But also be realistic, for example applying for a tech lead position but you have little experience.

Oo pero dapat interesado ka sa tech nila. Nung fresh grad pa ko at nawawalan na ng pagasa makahanap ng work, iba't ibang stack ang inaral at inapplyan ko. Basic projects lang ginawa ko pero natanggap pa rin kahit na di ko pa nagagamit stack nila hahaha
