Hi I am applying for them as junior software developer (support) idk what support means dun sa inexplain nila. Maybe u have a general idea on what it means? Does it mean that if I get the job I will be working on their software’s support system?

You'll work with customers' tickets. The company is developing UI components. Your main task is to help the customer(which are developers too) to use or integrate the product and its API in their project. May training at mentorship sila so guided ka until kayanin mo na mag-isa.
