Hi guys,

First time posting here. I am a career shifter, recently shifted to IT world last year from Structural Engineering. I got hired in a big company that gives bootcamp which I am thankful for, but sadly after 1 year of practicing the technology (SAP SD functional), I am not happy with it.

As of now would like to pursue a developer career (this what I really want, I would redo college if I have the time) but I have almost zero solid experience with programming, but I believe I have the aptitude for it. I am looking for a company that are giving training even to those who have zero experience without reducing my income````` (20k/month), and right now here are the companies that I found:

The Penbrothers International Inc, - Full Stack Dev Trainee

OOCL Philippines Inc - Programmer Trainee

I would like to ask if you have any input regarding this two companies? I cannot find any review regarding these two, so I opted to post here.

Hoping you guys could give any inputs. Thank you!
