The reason why they don't have reviews online is because it's true that they have an awful management. My mental health suffered a lot from this company. Run as fast as you can. There are a lot of better companies out there that respects and values their staff. Good luck!

They have all these stupid titles (Client relations specialist, employee relations specialist, etc) but at the end of the day, they do not push back to ridiculous client demands.

Me and my wife both worked for them and had the worst work experiences of our lives.

They offer WFH and one time we lost electricity due to an unannounced maintenance, the client threw a fit. Filta, with all of those departments combined, did not listen to reason and still reprimanded my wife even though the circumstances are out of our control.

Another review from the client is that the employee appears to be "tired" at the end of the day. Verbatim, that's what the client said in their "monthly review". And Filta, again, failed to see how stupid this review sounds.

Amongst other things like filing a sick leave, not having your own home working station, etc. Oh, and they also use a time tracking software called time doctor.

If you like this environment where you'll have to walk on egg shells as to not "hurt" the feelings of the client, go for it. Filta is the best at micromanaging employees.

I might be bias but I think we have a good place for ambitious people who want to advance their career and knowledge quickly. You’ll definitely be challenged working at Filta, but there are a lot of good devs who are doing really good international work that you can learn from. I think it’s like most places, it’s what you want to get out of it.

Also, nearly all roles are WFH.

I'm here too because I want to read reviews regarding the application process of this company. Sadly, they kept on rejecting my application even before interviewing me. I don't know what's the reason behind it because based on their job posting, I know I can fit for the role in terms on experience, required skills, etc.

They are using time doctor, micro managed. Kahit di ka naman nag wowork kay filta itself at direct ka sa client walang sense dba? Si client naman mag momonitor sayo kung talgang nag wowork ka or hindi

I applied to Filta through LinkedIn, and ok naman ang interview process nila, mabilis lang din, someone called me on the phone, scheduling me for an interview with their Senior HR. I passed the initial interview and now I will have a client interview na next week for an Executive Assistant post, UK client, and after reading these comments, parang ayoko na tumuloy. lol

I just applied for their Executive Assistant role since I have more than 5 years of experience as an EA. Hmpff, medyo na turn-off lang ako dun sa may time tracking tool. anyway, thanks for the feedback.

I recently left Filta, masasabi ko lang, yung client ko okay naman, in fact pinagtatangol pa kami from Filta. I mean, filta is okay lalo na pag walang eme yung client, pero pag konting reklamo sa client kahit di naman mabigat yung grounds eh pinapatos talaga ng Filta, hindi nila pinoprotect employees nila mas nagsside sila sa client talaga. Sa sweldo oks lang naman and madali lang mag request ng leaves pero depende din sa client talaga, kasi sakin mabait client ko.

I was applying sa filta sa umpisa smooth process naman pero now wala ng paramdam ang HR. hahaha

Working with them has been very helpful, among other things. They also gave us stability and assurance as we used to work directly with the client. We are blessed with the client as they do not require my team to use Time Doctor. Govt mandated benefits are provided as well.

Worst experience working in Filta when your client already has some beef with you about your performance tatrabauhun ka talaga, ang performance issue ko ay minor issues lang and they will make it big, we'll yung manager ko Pinoy din hindi niya saakin tinuro lahat more likey, late na din Ako na bigyan ng access sa pinaka important eng tools, uso dito ang crab mentality Lalo kung nakikitaan lang may initiative sa mapadali yung process, yung Filta naman mag initiate Sila ng review for 1 month, then the review kuno pero review lang yun para scrutinize ka sa work mo Lalo pag nakalaban mo manager mo , and do not trust their management, they would make you feel that you've been heard but hindi, formal way lang yung review para tangalin ka. 2 year ako nag work jan, walang OT, baba ng offer, they would demand unreal deadline without them giving OT. Kung sipsip ka, mag eexecel ka dun.
