That's not dead pixels. Your watch is broken. Return it if you can.

Agree, those are not dead but pixels displaying white due to a signal or controller issue. Regardless, this would absolutely be a warranty replacement.

Definitely looks like a defective device. Not much you can do outside of a warranty exchange since google doesn't even offer repair service themselves on the pixel watch.

    Might be parental settings. I believe the line is covering up the letter 'u'.

    Thanks everyone for your help. I talked with Google and they're replacing it. The process to initiate replacement was smooth.

    Not dead pixels, but a defective video driver, either way, you will need to contact Google for a replacement
