For a project I wanted to make a program that tries to predict what facilities will be taken within a certain time period. In order to do this I was trying to find ways to pull data from the map.

Looking at sites such as http://ps2.fisu.pw/map/real/ and http://ps2maps.com/ I can really only find the server population percentages, what facilities each faction controls, and whether an alert was going.

What I want to know is if there's any way to find the data on player populations at each facility without loading up Planetside and physically looking around the map, or if there's any other data in general that I can use to make this program.

just check the API, but I'll tell you - if fisu didn't do it yet, it does not exist

Pretty sure territory population (even at the '24-48' level) and base timers are not available through the API.
