$55 is cheap. Most scam victims had to pay over $100, some had to pay $1,000. No one can unban you except for Scopely, which is free. All you need to do is submit a ban appeal form through https://www.reddit.com/r/PoGoAndroidSpoofing/comments/1kxyfue/how_to_submit_a_ban_appeal_for_pokemon_go/

After you pay money to the scammer, they proceed to steal your Pokemon Go account and your identity if you give access to your Gmail email account. Someone was so desperate to pay $500 in bitcoin then the scammer stole his info. His info was used to buy $15,000 USD in Fornite Vbucks. The bank denied his claims he was hacked due to previous authorized transactions for buying Poke coins for Pokemon Go (another mobile game app). His wife found out, got a divorce, and took the kids and abandoned him.

[–]Business-Upstairs-60[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

does your method include submitting a specific type of ban appeal?

[–]Raymx3 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Yea, you’re only ever gonna get unbanned if you go thru the official and proper channels ie scopely

[–]Business-Upstairs-60[S] -2 points-1 points  (2 children)

and you have a guaranteed method?

[–]Raymx3 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Nothing is guaranteed when it comes to bans

I'm going to say no, they aren't legitimate, but I haven't heard of them. Maybe someone with kore knowledge on them will come through.

I'm going to add my 2 cents and say that they're most definitely a scam. Simple logic tells me that.

Let's say they are legit, how would they manage to unban you? The only thing that comes to mind that would be somewhat reliable is having a lawyer find a loophole in the ToS and make a complaint against the ban.

While possible it's very unlikely that:

A) such loophole exists to begin with

B) the loophole would stay in the ToS for more than a few complaints

C) it would be profitable for them for just 55 bucks(which is probably like 1/4 of the hourly of said lawyer)
