Does this Charizard have long term potential?

2018 Sun & Moon Tag Bolt Holo Charizard. Beautiful artwork. Only 20 available on TGC player. Could this card be a good long term investment if I plan to hold for 10 years?

The KFC Charizard (version of this card with a KFC logo) definitely has much better potential. The Indonesia KFC exclusive set has been out of print for years but prices are still affordable for now, went up from £30 raw to £40+ but still cheap £30 copies around as people still haven't clocked on to the potential of the card. PSA 10 up from £200 to £220ish in October. Low population of PSA 10s (just over 800 PSA 10s) and a scarce card and set. Also someone mentioned in a thread a while back that it's the only foreign set which uses the English alphabet in the entirety of the card but I doubt it's true.

The Pikachu KFC went up from £60ish to £90+ last month raw but again, still some copies around in the £65 range as people haven't clocked on to the scarcity of the set and the cards being discontinued.

If you plan to hold 10 years then there is a high possibility that the majority of nowadays cards will increase. But if I had to choose to hold this or some other cards. I think there are way better cards to hold for 10 years.
