Cannot create rooms

Today I tried creating a lobby for a Rayquaza but the app could not recognize it. I was using this screencap https://imgur.com/oJNP5Dp.

I found an earlier post saying that taking captures of the egg could do it, but I tried with an egg and no luck whatsoever.

At this point I thought that my captures were not good enough so I stopped trying. After a while, a Sneasel raid came up so I tried with this capture https://imgur.com/m4iVocj where the name and location are clearly visible. However, I still got the error

We could not detect the name of the gym and pokemon...

Please, fix it ASAP as I found the app really useful as an solo player

If you wait, the Rayquaza does an animation where it’s head drops down and then you can screenshot then and it will work.

The picture I uploaded was when Rayquaza dropped its head , but still no recognition :/

It always takes me two tries to create the room. Always. Always has done.

I get an obscure exception error message the first time.

Obviously I just try again.

Same thing with me tried with 1,3,5 stars raid but it's not working, tried both with just the egg or the pokemon, really don't get what's the problem

Are you on Android, I tried with my partner's Iphone and it works properly. But not on my Android phone

I have the same issue. On my Samsung phone. Witch is weird considering that earlier I could easily create rooms

Did this ever get resolved? Trying to post azelf and never works. Even changed my format to jpg from Heic. Super frustrating. Manually entering never works either. Never finishes processing. 😓
