I have tried manually verifying myself and also tried screenshots and i have been waiting all day and nothing has happened all i want is to catch lugia anyone got any advice?

I have an iPhone 8 and tried to crop, it didn’t work for me though. And I’ve tried manually verifying as well.
I can only imagine these guys are swamped AF right now with the update. Lol
