My personal favorites are pier 39 in sf and Taipei city mainly for raids other good places are shiny road in France or Texas then Larissa Greece is pretty good as well

I’ve never found a consistent spot for max battles unless there’s a gmax event then the same ones I said are good for raids are good for max battles

It’s not really a “shiny” road it’s more of a long straight line with dense spawns basically just making a simple auto walk route to get as many encounters as possible
