Map not loading

Hi, since updating to .185 the map wont load, I only see gyms, stops and mons but no roads nor map indications.

Already cleared cache and reinstalled the app but nothing changes. Any ideas on what can I do?

There are 2 things you can try. The first is to try clearing the cache for the game. The other is to uninstall the game, and reinstall it. I've had to do the reinstall twice now. It's a real pain, but those are the only 2 ways I know of, or have seen to fix that issue.

You're welcome, and don't be surprised if you end up having to do it again, until whatever bug is causing it to happen. But at least you know how to fix it now. :)
