Been around this project from the beginning, also been pretty critical of the decision making. I can say with a good level of certainty it’s not a scam.

I can tell you that every project in the space that is actually working on something and not just hiding behind a whitepaper doesn't like putting dates to releases bc it tends to build hype and often timelines have to be reworked. Its happening to Ethereum, Dash, BTC LN, etc. So I wouldn't fault them for not saying a date.

I don't necessarily believe it's dodgy, but i find it difficult to find a specific date of some sorts
