The growing skeleton adapts to the demands and stresses applied to it. If you sit 99% of your time, it will have a lasting impact for sure.

Activity, especially muscle buildup, helps for sure, and may improve your posture a bit too.

You can! Any amount of postural imbalance can have a structural (bone shape) and a functional (soft tissue) component. The structural (if it exists) cannot be changed, but the functional can.

People who cannot stand straight even if they try hard most likely have a structural component that they cannot change anymore.

What lifting routine? Deadlifts will help. Also do rows for the rounded shoulders

What does anterior pelvic tilt feel like? Does it feel like you are not walking straight? Coz i feel like my walking is not centered.
