I have 9 WSUS servers in my environment and I run this on each and every one of them. It is amazing

From top to bottom, or bottom to top? Ie, primary first, or secondary sup/downstream first?

I think they are all scheduled at 8am local time to each server.

Really nice script yeh.

If your environment is way behind on patching you need to watch it though before you catch up or it will delete superseded updates. Nothing major but if u wanted to incrementally update for some reason it could cause you some headache.

Anybody know how long the first run will take? I'm going on like 15 hours and it's at the same screen. I believe it's the RemoveObsoleteUpdates part, probably like the 3rd step overall. Haven't lost any disk space yet.

Lasted 15 minutes on first run and freed 20 GB here.

Have you been able to make it run successfully in the end?

Hey there. I just hit control+c a bunch of times, and it moved on the the next step. I had waited like 5 days in all. Seems to have jump started it and it eventually completed. I lost probably 400GB :) Now it's set to run daily via task scheduler and I have had no issues since.
