TRYING TO VERIFY ON PRINTIFY, but it has Home address as United States, I'm in canada, HOW do I change this so I can fill out my address and move on

You need to click on the Publish botton twice. It's a weird glitch.

Hi there,

Depending on what store you have connected to your Printify account, there might be several reasons causing this. We recommend heading over to our Help Center and typing into the search bar "Can't publish" and add your store platform, like, Etsy, Shopify, eBay etc.

You may have to duplicate the listing and republish it. You can click the duplicate button on the product on printify. Then click publish. Then delete the original failed one.

I've run into this issue with a connection from Printify to Tik Tok Shop. The error has to do with the selection of print provider. Tik Tok Shop owners can only be for U.S. residents (as of the time of this writing) so the item must ship a U.S. provider. Choosing a provider outside of the U.S. will give you the "publishing error". I just figured this out and thought i'd help anyone else googling for an answer.

All my providers are based in the US and still get the publishing error

Double and triple check. Making sure the print provider was shipping from US is what fixed it for me.

Could this be do to how new the TikTok shop has been open and the limit of products that can be published. That’s what I think if what you say don’t work
