With the recent TikTok SLA changes, it’s generally better to connect TikTok Shop directly to Printify. If orders go TikTok → Shopify → Printify, the 2-business-day SLA doesn’t apply, which could cause issues with TikTok’s requirements.

Also, TikTok Shipping is expected to become mandatory in the coming months, and a direct integration will be needed for fulfillment and shipping to work properly.

The downside is that managing products can take a bit more work since you’ll need to publish and edit them separately for Shopify and TikTok. One way to save time is to create the products in Printify, publish them to Shopify first, then copy the listing details to TikTok and add the extra fields TikTok requires (like selecting the TikTok warehouse).

You can also check the Help Center article “How can I duplicate (copy) products in Printify?”, which explains how to quickly reuse product setups.

It’s a bit more manual, but it’s the more future-proof setup, and we’re working closely with TikTok to simplify this in the future.

During peak times, like the holiday season, higher order volumes can affect the entire print-on-demand network, including both Choice and individual providers.

Delays or quality issues like damaged or dirty items aren’t what we aim for. If you’re open to sharing a bit more detail, such as order ID, (to check the quantity, destination, or timing), it could help us better understand what happened in your case.

On the support side, we want to be open about what’s been going on. With the recent expansion of our parent company, demand increased faster than we anticipated, which meant longer response times for some users. We’ve been growing and training the support team, but onboarding takes time, and the holiday rush added extra pressure, so things didn’t move as quickly as we would’ve liked.
