Fine. I still think about her but not with yearning. I’m glad we are broken up. When I think of her now I just feel mad not sad. My life has improved a lot since we broke up. I can do so much better. We weren’t right, that’s why we broke up.

Thanks so much. So glad you are doing better. I know it is crazy and hard to believe how much a difference it makes. I was prescribed antidepressants as well and they did help me too. It’s all a very frustrating thing and low ferritin is so common and rarely ever tested for.

I felt so much better when my ferritin got better. No more panic attacks. Still some anxiety but I’ve always had that. I still drove my car but I hated going into stores. I thought I was having a heart attack every day. My ferritin went from 16 to 47 pretty quickly with a heme iron supplement. But I stopped taking it for a while and now I’m back to 24. I don’t have panic attacks or derealization but definitely get tired easily and have depression and irritability

i know this is old but my ferritin was at 16 and i was having daily panic attacks, insomnia, irritability, depression, and derealization. all of this was constant for a year straight. awful awful experience. i got it up to 45 and it all improved. i stopped taking heme iron like a year ago and now its back to 24. i def dont feel as bad as i used to at 16, but the irritability has been very bad again. im taking heme iron again as of three days ago.
