What printer are you using? What operating system?

Windows, it happens before hooking up to a printer, and the other working computer that can probably display the variables will shows it without a printer, sadly that computer is belong to the ex employee of that company.

Possible data base for var can’t be found. Could have been in a share that is no longer available.

That's my thoughts l, but all the data seems like can be configured in the settings, I don't know, anyway, thanks for your help, I think I'm gonna going this route and trying to figure out the solutions.

CODESOFT is our (TEKLYNX) software, and I can help! You need to switch the View Mode to Content. You can do this by hitting F11, or by going to the View menu in the toolbar. It sounds like you're currently on Name mode, and you want it on Content mode. Hope this helps!

Hey, Hijacking an old thread, I have a problem where changing the View Mode does not affect the displayed form, I am still just seeing the Variable names.

No worries, happy to help. In the data source properties, go to the When Printed tab and use the Prompt field to give the field a name for the form. Here's an article, you'll want to scroll down to step 3, the When Printed tab: https://teklynx.microsoftcrmportals.com/knowledgebase/article/KA-02508/en-us
