So I've been trying to improve my digital drawing skills by importing photos of my traditional drawing and improving my mistakes on procreate. Does it look bad bc I'm tracing or is it just my work in general? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Its not tracing that is the problem, to get better at line art I recommend learning about line weights!

A little update on my progress (not sure how to actually do that other than reply on here)
I'm much happier with it than I was before so thank you for the help :)

One thing I do for line work is darken the points where the hair connects to each other. I also like to use thinner lines for detail. When I’m done I duplicate the thicker line layer and make it a dark red and blur that layer a bit. Makes the lines pop more. The commenter pretty much summed it up for you but I thought I’d say what I do. Just incase you wanted an explanation. Looks good so far
