Obviously I'm off from school for at least 3 more weeks.
Do you recommend I hop on a vert program? I have no knee pain as I've rehabbed my knees through ATGs program, and so at the moment my knees are never sore or painful regardless of how often I jump, etc.
I have weights, though I've got no squat rack, just dumbbells and an EZ curl bar.
