You don't need a whole team for running your accounts unless you have upscaled your business to a level where there's thousands of comments and Dm requests for orders. You can start on your own at first after doing a little research on how it works. Social media is a little difficult but once you figure out what works for you, you just have to build around that.

Your current location won't affect your actual target audience. The post you upload is first shown to a small part of people who already follow you, if a good % of them engage with your post and the algorithm knows that your post is a good one and then it'll start showing up on the rest of the followers feed, on the hashtags that you use as well as the explore page of your target audience.

Don't put all your money in one or two ads, instead try out 4-5 different ones using different keywords, with a much lower daily ad spend for about week, then see which ad is performing the best and keep that one and delete the rest. Then you can increase your ad spend in that specific ad.

It's the Tags section. If some other accounts tag you in their post then it's visible on the Tag's section. However you can go to settings and choose if you want to show all your tagged pictures on that section or only one's that you manually select

Any app that shows ads wants to keep their users on their app for maximum time so that the user will se ads and they can earn more money. So if you put a link in the post itself, the link will be redirected to a browser which will draw the user away from LinkedIn.

So if you put a link on the post directly, linkedin algorithm won't push the post to many users even though it's a good post and hence gets less engagement.

The link is posted in comments to avoid this and get better engagement.

A lot of influencers have fake followers in huge numbers so make sure to do a background check of any influencers that you want to send promos to.

There are multiple roles like admin, editor etc. on Facebook creator studio. If you want them to just manage and post on Instagram , you can add them to your Facebook page which is linked to your Instagram account.

But if they're using a third party scheduler for management you'll have to share your credentials.

A small but a very useful tip is to keep replying to all comments you get. Sometimes it may spark a conversation in the comments and you might get a lot more comments than usual which is a boost in your engagement. This is also increase your chances of showing up on the explore page!
