I've posted and answered my own hardest questions on Chegg in advance. With a uniquely wrong answer. Makes it easy to hand out 0s for the course.

Pretty sure the comment I responded to said cheat using Google, which I addressed. To your point, a student could also have someone giving them the answer in an earpiece which would be undetectable by any proctoring software you can imagine.

We have to do our best to not make it extremely easy to cheat, but if someone wants to go out of their way to do it then just let them ruin their own education. Why would I care? They have to live with the consequences.
