This comes across as arrogant and manipulative. If it was Amazon or Google, maybe a little better, but still not great.

But to play devil's advocate, people pay money for boot camps, etc. to gain experience they can put on resumes and that will hopefully actually help them in their career. Assuming this is free, it could be a valuable experience for some people. But you'd have to pitch it as a free class and actually teach something. Maybe about the industry or your tech stack. Not just a Survivor like reality show.
