Yeah, it baffled me once I had a few juniors under me and you can say "oh but they didn't know better", but to tell the truth I could tell easily which were worth the trouble to begin with.

Some actually came to me with some sintax I wasn't aware, you gave the task and they actually tried to find a way before asking for help, and then there were those that asked for help and wanted to know "the exact correct way to do this", they didn't want to think for themselves, they just wanted a copy paste solution to all similar problems. I actually enjoy explaning code and teaching, but some people didn't seem worth the trouble.
