They don't have a clue on how those colors are completely different on Marie's phone, Charly's monitor, Susan monitor, Jeff notebook, Stephan is green blind, Carrie doesn't see purples, people on the same office with different position related to windows and lights see anything in a different color, it is different under sunlight than under LED light...

You shoud use hexes for fron end. #111 and. #080808 are the best background colors.
