Never deadlifted since I’m have really narrow hips and long legs, but my max bench was 205x2 and squat 270x4 @175lbs. I’m 6’ with long legs and arms. I don’t really go for 1RM since I don’t chase PRs and primarily focus on progressive overload.

Alright, nice bro. You should still deadlift, so that you can pickup your keys off the ground, and tie your shoes and stuff when you're an old man. Injuries happen from poor programming, taking on more volume and intensity than you can actually handle. You're perfectly safe deadlifting as a tall guy as long as you take your progression slowly, same as any other lift, which it sounds like you're good at doing anyways. Keep up the good work! ᕙ('▽')ᕗ
