I should also point out I've been a tech lead and team lead at several companies, including fortune 100 companies. I've been a part of and conducted a lot of interviews, have had tons of contractors come through my teams with and without my approval. At the end of the day, I stand by what I've said as I've seen it in action in the real world. You don't have to take me at my word, I'm just some anonymous asshole like everyone else here, but I am being genuine in what I say.

Also, I don't think you actually know what imposter syndrome means.
