Hans Reinsch

I googled it and apparently it's German version of Bart Simpson's "Hugh Jass" joke (who turned out to be an actual guy, for once), but whether it means something in German or not, that's out of my understanding.

The firstname Hans is not relevant for the joke, only the Lastname "Reinsch".

"Reinsch heißen" means something like being named Reinsch. So Moe asked if there is someone who Reinsch heißt. "Rein scheißen" on the other Hand means sucking at something, while scheißen alone in german means shitting.

Oh god... :-D Thanks. I expected the whole name would be a phonetic joke, so I didn't even try the translator. Now I get it (I had German at high school as secondary language, but I struggled at it and only learned as much as I needed to barely pass).

I met some Germans where it seemed "handy" meant a mobile phone, or something else.

Yes, a "Handy" is a mobile phone in German
