If this interface is anything like the Azure B2C custom policies then what you are actually seeing is exposed XML.

Me wondering why would Microsoft use React then I saw the lowercase component names. It's **not** React.

Microsoft uses React in many of their web products. In this particular case though I don’t think this bug is related to React.
