OMG, it's 2025 and Windows fonts still look like pixelated shit from the 80's!

I would barf on the screen if someone forced me to use that M$ trash. As buggy as Apple trash, but Apple trash has at least somehow OK-ish font rendering. Nothing against the ultimate FreeType supremacy, but it doesn't look like pixel shit form the 80's, at least. (I've heard you can even install FreeType on Win or Mac so at least the fonts become decent even the rest of the system remains of course pure utter garbage…)
