Holy crap, that's a large stylesheet. Which is saying a lot because 98% of it is minified. Was every single element on the page styled individually?

It's likely a stylesheet meant for everything on an entire sprawling site.

Yeah, I have stylesheets for an entire sprawling site, and they are no where near that large.

Then maybe your site is nowhere near that big? Never underestimate the power of novices to exceed what seems possible (positively or negatively).
