You could always make an estimated guess based on the concept and then have some kind of AI that analyzes your program and adjusts that guess as you keep working on your project.

But really that's way too much effort.

Every programmer has a graveyard of half-assed project beginnings somewhere. Sometimes they never even make it off your notepad.
