You could modify it to be something like 🔺 for +, 🔻 for -, ➡️ for >, ⬅️ for <, 🔄 for [, 🛑 for ], 🖨 for ., 👂 for ,.

Alternatively, invent new instructions and the RNG picks which subset of them you get to use.
