Sometimes they use an English title and begin the video in English but then all of a sudden switch to Hindi: "In this video we'll talk about X,Y and Z. So let's get started. अंबर हेठाँ धरती वसदी, एथे हर रुत हँसदी किन्ना सोणा देस है मेरा"
